Did you know that it takes approximately 500 volunteers to meet the needs just for the Early Childhood area on Sunday? Fellowship has a core value that each member/friend should worship one hour and serve one hour. Multiple services allow numerous opportunities to serve. Whether it’s holding babies, teaching toddlers or preschool age children, there is a place for you in our Early Childhood Ministry.

Hospitality Host/Hostess:
► To assist with teacher/volunteer appreciation Sundays by helping set up,
    serve and clean up.
► Time commitment is usually 4-6 times a year.

Kitchen Host/Hostess:
► Prepare snack trays for the classrooms. Deliver the trays, pick-up trays
   and wash and disinfect sippy cups.
► Time commitment is 1 hour each week.

One-2-One:
► Serve as a one-on-one buddy with a child with special needs.

Sunday Coordinator:
► Assist Director in helping parents and teachers.
► Weekly teacher appreciation.
► Time commitment is 2-5 hours weekly.

Lead Classroom Teacher:
► Lead the lesson in the classroom which includes story time, singing,
   craft, snack, etc., for 6 mo.- 4 yrs.
► Lead the craft, follow-up activity and serve snacks for the preschool
   classrooms.

Assistant Classroom Teacher:
► Assist the lead teacher in the classroom with the story, singing,
   craft, snack, etc.

Craft/Lesson Preparation:
► Organizing craft materials for children (cut, count, bag, etc.).
► Time commitment is 1-2 hours a week and may be done at home.

Worship Leaders:
► To assist in leading the Preschool Place worship time (facilitate worship
    through singing, puppets, drama, etc.).
► Time commitment is 1-3 hours weekly.

Greeter:
► To welcome new families and assist others in getting their children
   to the appropriate classrooms.
► Time commitment is 30 minutes prior to the service.

Check-In Coordinator:
► To assist families with the computer check-in process. Training is available.
► Time commitment is 1 hour & 30 minutes during the service.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
There are several steps to the recruitment, screening and selection process at Fellowship. Each step has a main objective to know the volunteer or staff person better and to provide a measure of protection for our children. Please report people wandering around or suspicious activity to the Children’s Ministry Staff. All volunteers must consent to a background check.
